History: Overlook has famous cartoon walls. The first cartoon walls were drawn over a period of time during the late 1960's by New York's most prominent artists.
It is a reminder of the hayday of Costellos - a known haunt of New York newspaper men. Regarded by the national cartoon society as a historical treasure, the wall enjoys a prominent and affectionate display in Overlook.

Insider Tips: The most important insider tip for Overlook is that Chef Ben Marz a Johnson & Wales University trained Culinary Chef. Everything is fresh and prepared to order. The food in Overlook is excellent!
This restaurant has a large private roof deck which is particularly good if you are a smoker. The food is great and the people are friendly.
