The Application Form below will begin a fresh account for you as an Individual or a Freelancer not affiliated with a company.

When you have completed it, we will immediately generate an email to you which will validate your email account. It will include your username and password. If you do not receive this email, you should call our customer support line at 1-888-Go BizWiz.

Once you have received the email, you will be able to continue with activation of your account, profiling, and participation in our services from your BizWiz Member Control Panel.

If you are interested in starting a new Company membership or use your DBA, you should use Company Registration procedures. For best results, "Solo" Professionals should use the form at the Company Membership Registration for a ProBizWiz membership. This will treat your DBA as a Company Member.

Using this registration will NOT create a Company Membership, or give you the equivalent of Company Membership priviledges.

Rates

Basic Individual Membership — with password access — starts at $5.00 per month. Set-up fees may apply. Fees may be paid directly by you, or billed to your company's account if authorized.

NOTE: Please use proper upper and lower case for all of your entries in BizWiz forms. It is important to your image among our participants.

Do not use this form to begin a company account. If your company is not a Company Member, you can start an account at Company. This will permit you to designate an Administrative Manager at your company.

ALL items are required to establish an account.

Address information should be your BUSINESS LOCATION. Use DBA address information unless you work in a "home office" or remote location.
