Getting started just takes a few moments.

The Application Form below will begin a fresh account for you as an Employee of your company, or a Professional member of a firm, or a Freelancer working with a company that has authorized you to participate in their Company Membership.

When you have completed it, we will immediately generate an email to you which will validate your email account. It will include your username and password. If you do not receive this email, you should call our customer support line at 1-888-Go BizWiz.

An email will also be sent to the Administrative Manager for your company's account with BizWiz. That person will either send you a code to activate your account, or will authorize you directly from their control panel.

Once you have received the email, you will be able to continue with activation of your account, profiling, and participation in our services from your BizWiz Member Control Panel.

If you are interested in starting a new Company membership, you should use Company Registration procedures. For best results, "Solo" Professionals should use the form at the Company Membership Registration for a ProBizWiz membership. This will treat your DBA as a Company Member.

Rates

Basic Employee Membership — with password access — starts at $5.00 per month. Set-up fees may apply. Fees may be paid directly by you, or billed to your company's account if authorized.

NOTE: Please use proper upper and lower case for all of your entries in BizWiz forms. It is important to the image of your company among our participants.

INSTRUCTIONS:

You must have your company's EmployerID to be added to the Company Member record.

If your company is not a Company Member, you can start an account at Company. This will permit you to designate an Administrative Manager at your company.

ALL items are required to establish an account.

Address information should be your BUSINESS LOCATION. Use company address information unless you work in a "home office" or remote location from your headquarters.

This is a simple, fast form registration so that we can confirm your email, and get your employee record started.
